5:Interruptor on-off de encendido* - Utilice este interruptor para encender o apagar el VT3L / VT3 (para mantener la pila durante más tiempo, asegúrese de dejar la unidad apa- gada cuando no la utilice).

6:Control de ganancia (ajuste giratorio) - Este control de sensibilidad de entrada ha sido prefijado en fábrica para ofrecerle el nivel óptimo con el modelo de micro lavalier o de diadema concreto que utilice (en el caso del VT3, viene prefijado para el mejor nivel de instrumento) y por tanto le recomendamos que no lo ajuste manualmente. Si fuese necesario hacerlo, no obstante, puede utilizar el destornillador de plástico que se incluye (vea #8 más abajo) para disminuir o aumentar el nivel de entrada del VT3L / VT3. 7:Receptá culo de la pila - Coloque aquíuna pila alcalina de 9 voltios standard, asegurándose de seguir las indicaciones de colocación de los polos positivo y negativo. Recomendamos las pilas del tipo Duracell MN 1604. Aunque se pueden usar también pilas recargables de niquel-cadmio, estas no dan una corriente adecuada durante más de cuatro horas. ATENCION: No coloque la pila al revés; el hacerlo puede producir daños graves en el VT3L / VT3 y anularía la garantía.

8:Destornillador de plá stico - Diseñado especialmente para su uso en el ajuste del

control de nivel de entrada audio del VT3L / VT3 (vea #7 anterior) y/o el control Squelch del receptor (vea #4 en las páginas 39 y 41). Vea la sección de “Ajuste y utilización del sis- tema VHF TD Series / VHF Series” en la página 46 de este manual para más información.
