Instalacija grejne ploče

Odredbe i saglasnost

Ovaj uređaj je u skladu sa sledećim standardima:

•EN 60 335 - 1 i EN 60 335 - 2 - 6, odnosi se na bezbednost električnih uređaja za kućnu upotrebu i slične namene;

•EN 60350 ili DIN 44546 / 44547 / 44548, odnosi se na funkcije električnog šporeta, grejne ploče, pećnice ili roštilja za kućnu upotrebu;

•EN 55014 - 2;

•EN 55014;

•EN 61000 - 3 - 2; i

•EN 61000 - 3 - 3, odnosi se na osnovne zahteve za eletromagnetnu kompatibilnost (EMC).

Ovaj uređaj je u skladu sa sledećim direktivama Evropske unije:

•73 / 23 / EWG izdata 19.02.1973 (Direktiva o niskoj voltaži);

•89 / 336 / EWG izdata 03.05.1989 (EMC direktiva uključujući i dopunsku direktivu 92 / 31 / EWG); i

•93 / 68 / EWG CE diredirektiva o obeležavanju.

Uputstva u vezi bezbednosti za lice koje obavlja instalaciju

•Pri električnoj instalaciji uređaja potreban je uređaj koji omogućava isključivanje aparata sa glavnog napajanja na svim polovima sa razmakom između kontakata od najmanje 3 mm. U odgovarajuće uređaje za izolaciju spadaju prekidači za zaštitu voda, osigurači (osigurače koji se zašrafljavaju treba ukloniti iz držača), sklopka protiv curenja struje u uzemljenje i kontraktori.

•Što se tiče zaštite od požara, ovaj uređaj je u skladu sa direktivom EN 60 335 - 2 - 6. Ova vrsta uređaja se može ugraditi u visoki ormarić ili postaviti uz zid.

•Fioke se ne mogu postavljati ispod grejne ploče.

•Pri instalaciji mora biti obezbeđena zaštita od strujnog udara.

•Radna površina u koju se ugrađuje uređaj mora zadovoljavati DIN 68930 zahteve za stabilnošću.

•Za zaštitu od vlage sve sečene površine moraju biti zaštićene odgovarajućom zaptivnom smesom.

•Na višedelnim radnim površinama, spojevi na mestu na koje se postavlja grejna ploča, moraju biti popunjeni masom za fugovanje.

•Na keramičkim površinama ili površinama od prirodnog ili veštačkog materijala opruge se moraju učvrstiti pomoću odgovarajućeg kolofonijuma ili mešavine lepljive mase.

•Proverite da li je poklopac pravilno postavljen na radnu površinu i da nema praznina. Nije potrebno dodavati silikonsku masu, jer bi pilikom servisiranja bilo otežano uklanjanje uređaja.

•Pri uklanjanju, grejna ploča treba da se istisne pritiskom sa donje strane.
