Ştergeţi suprafaţa de sticlă ceramică cu o cârpă umedă şi cu soluţie specială pentru sticlă şi suprafeţe ceramice.

Important: Nu utilizaţi agenţi de curăţare abrazivi sau caustici. Riscaţi să deterioraţi suprafaţa.

Utilizarea plitei

Utilizarea vaselor de gătit corespunzătoare

Vasele de calitate superioară permit obţinerea unor rezultate mai bune.

•Puteţi recunoaşte vasele de calitate după baza acestora. Baza trebuie să fie cât mai groasă şi mai plată.

•Atunci când achiziţionaţi vase noi, acordaţi atenţie sporită diametrului bazei. Fabricanţii prezintă deseori doar diametrul superior (al capacului).

•Vasele cu baza de aluminiu sau cupru pot cauza decolorări metalice ale suprafeţei de sticlă ceramică. Decolorarea este foarte greu sau chiar imposibil de îndepărtat.

•Nu utilizaţi vase de fontă sau vase cu baza deteriorată sau neregulată. Riscaţi să zgâriaţi plita permanent, în cazul în care aceste vase sunt glisate pe suprafaţa ceramică.

•Atunci când sunt reci, bazele vaselor sunt în general curbate în interior (concave). Baza unui vas nu trebuie să fie niciodată curbată în exterior (convexă).

•Dacă doriţi să utilizaţi un anumit tip de vas - de exemplu o oală sub presiune, o tigaie sau un wok - respectaţi instrucţiunile fabricantului.
