Instalarea plitei

Important Echipamentul trebuie instalat şi împământat doar de către tehnicieni calificaţi.

Reglementări şi standarde

Acest echipament respectă următoarele standarde:

•EN 60 335 - 1 şi EN 60 335 - 2 - 6, referitoare la siguranţa echipamentelor electrice pentru uz casnic (sau similar);

•EN 60350 sau DIN 44546 / 44547 / 44548, referitor la caracteristicile de funcţionare ale maşinilor de gătit, cuptoarelor, plitelor şi grill-urilor pentru uz casnic;

•EN 55014 - 2;

•EN 55014;

•EN 61000 - 3 - 2; şi

•EN 61000 - 3 - 3, referitor la cerinţele elementare de compatibilitate electromagnetică (EMC).

Acest echipament este conform următoarelor directive ale UE:

•73 / 23 / EWG din 19.02.1973 (directiva privind echipamentele de joasă tensiune);

• 89 / 336 / EWG din 03.05.1989 (Directiva EMC, inclusiv amendamentul 92 / 31 / EWG); şi

•93 / 68 / Directiva de etichetare EWG CE

Instrucţiuni de siguranţă pentru instalare

•La instalare, se va monta un dispozitiv care să permită deconectarea echipamentului de la reţea, la toţi polii, cu o lăţime a contactului de cel puţin 3 mm. Dispozitivele de izolare acceptabile includ siguranţe fuzibile (cele cu filet vor fi scoase din locaş), dispozitive de protecţie ale liniei, dispozitive de împământare şi siguranţe automate.

•În ceea ce priveşte protecţia anti-incendiu, acest echipament corespunde standardului EN 60 335 - 2 - 6. Acest tip de echipament se va instala cu un dulap sau un perete în lateral.

•Nu se vor monta sertare sub plită.

•Instalarea trebuie să ofere protecţie anti-electrocutare.

•Corpul de mobilier în care este montat echipamentul trebuie să îndeplinească normele de stabilitate conform DIN 68930.

•Pentru protecţie anti-umezeală, toate suprafeţele tăiate trebuie etanşate cu un produs corespunzător.

•În cazul suprafeţelor acoperite cu gresie, îmbinările din zona de contact cu plita se vor umple complet cu chit.

•În cazul montării pe blaturi de ceramică, piatră naturală sau artificială, arcurile de fixare trebuie imobilizate cu un adeziv epoxidic sau pe bază de răşini.

•Asiguraţi-vă că garnitura este plasată corespunzător pe suprafaţa de lucru, fără goluri.

Nu adăugaţi produse de etanşare pe bază de silicon, deoarece veţi îngreuna demontarea în cazul operaţiilor de service.

•Plita se va împinge de dedesubt, pentru demontare.
