RO Ce înseamnă faptul că arzătorul nu este încins (roşu)?

•Temperatura selectată a ochiului este menţinută de un termostat care aprinde şi stinge elementul radiant. Astfel, suprafaţa ochiului nu va fi întotdeauna roşie. Dacă selectaţi o temperatură mai redusă, arzătorul se va opri şi va porni mai frecvent decât în cazul unei temperaturi mai ridicate. Totuşi, chiar şi în cazul selectării unei temperaturi ridicate, arzătorul funcţionează intermitent.

Dacă solicitaţi serviciul de asistenţă pentru clienţi în urma unei erori de utilizare a echipamentului, vizita tehnicianului poate necesita plata unui tarif, chiar şi în timpul perioadei de garanţie.

Service

Înainte de a solicita asistenţă sau service, consultaţi secţiunea “Depanare”. Dacă aveţi nevoie de asistenţă în continuare, urmaţi instrucţiunile de mai jos.

•cod S / N (15 cifre)

În ce cazuri vi se va solicita plata anumitor tarife, în perioada de garanţie?

•dacă aţi fi putut rezolva problema chiar dvs., prin aplicarea uneia dintre soluţiile din capitolul “Depanare”.

•dacă tehnicianul de service trebuie să depună eforturi suplimentare deoarece nu i-aţi oferit toate informaţiile relevante înainte de vizită şi, în consecinţă, de exemplu, trebuie să facă deplasări suplimentare după piese. Pregătirea pentru apelul telefonic, conform descrierii de mai sus, vă va scuti de astfel de costuri suplimentare.
