While upgrading the Gear™ 2, do not conn ect other media devices to the c omputer. Doing so may

interfere with the update proce ss.

While upgrading the Gear™ 2, do not launc h other applications on the co mputer or operate the Gear.

Doing so may overload the computer.

If you lose the connection with t he Internet while upgrading the s oftware, check the LA N cable is

connected properly. Then, try again.

Firmware upgrades will procee d only when your Gear™ 2 is connecte d with the computer properly.

When the Gear™ 2 is connected prope rly, and the model name displays on th e left of the Samsung

Kies screen.
