Tray Configuration

You can rearrange the apps on the Multi window tray, add new apps, or remove apps.

On the Multi window tray:

1.Touch to access the tray controls.

2.Touch Edit:

To remove an app from the tray, touch and drag it off of the tray and place it in the storage area.

To add an app to the tray, touch and drag it from the storage area to the tray.

To relocate an app, touch and drag it to a new location.

To save your changes, touch Done.

Notification Panel

Notification icons appear on the Status Bar at the top of the screen to report new calendar events, device status, and more. For details about these notifications, open the Notification panel.

1.Swipe your finger down from the top of the screen to display the Notification panel.

2.Scroll down the list to see additional notification details.

3.Touch an item to open it.

4.To clear a single notification, drag the notification left

or right. Touch to clear all notifications.

5.To close the Notification panel, swipe upward from the

bottom of the screen or touch Back.

Additional Panel Functions

In addition to notifications, the Notification panel also provides quick and ready access to settings. These can be quickly activated or deactivated by toggling them on or off. You can choose the functions that display.

Swipe your finger down from the top of the screen to display the Notification panel.

To go to Settings, touch Settings. For more information, refer to “Settings” on page 80.

Touch to display additional functions. Touch to display only your primary functions.
