Микроволны представляют собой высокочастотные электромагнитные волны; высвобождающаяся энергия микроволн позволяет готовить или разогревать пищу без изменения ее формы и цвета. Микроволновой печью можно пользоваться для:

•разморозки;

•разогрева;

•приготовления.

Принцип приготовления пищи.

1.Микроволны, генерируемые магнетроном,

отражаются стенками внутренней камеры печи и равномерно распределяются в пище, когда она вращается на подносе. За счет этого пища готовится равномерно.

2. Микроволны проникают в продукт на глубину до

2,5 см. Затем приготовление продолжается за счет распространения тепла внутри продукта.

3.Время приготовления может различаться в зависимости от используемой посуды и свойств продуктов:

•количества и плотности продуктов;

•содержания воды;

•начальной температуры (охлажденная пища или нет).

ВАЖНО

Поскольку центральная часть блюда готовится за счет рассеивания тепла, приготовление пищи продолжается даже после извлечения блюда из печи. Поэтому необходимо соблюдать время выдержки пищи, указанное в рецептах блюд и в данной инструкции, для того чтобы обеспечить:

•Равномерное приготовление пищи, в том числе в центральной части.

•Одинаковую температуру по всему объему пищи.

Проверка работы печи

Описанная ниже простая процедура дает возможность в любое время проверить, правильно ли работает печь. При возникновении сомнений см. раздел "Устранение неисправностей" на стр. 44-48.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ

Печь должна быть включена в подходящую розетку сети переменного тока. В печь должен быть установлен вращающийся поднос. Если используется уровень мощности, отличный от максимального (100% - 900 Вт), то потребуется больше времени для того, чтобы довести воду до кипения.

Откройте дверцу печи, потянув за ручку, находящуюся на верхней стороне дверцы. Поставьте стакан с водой на вращающийся поднос. Закройте дверцу.

Выберите режим "Microwave" (СВЧ) и установите значение времени на 4 или 5 минут, нажав кнопку

START/+30s (СТАРТ/+30 сек).

Результат: Вода в печи будет нагреваться в течение 4 или 5 минут. Затем вода должна закипеть.
