Jam Duplex1

1Open the rear output tray.

2Remove the jammed paper.

3Close the rear output cover.

4Open and close the top cover. Printing can be resumed.

Jam Duplex2

1 Pull the paper tray out of the printer.

2Pull down the metal plate inside of the printer.

CAUTION: Pulling the plate may do you an injury. Use the lever on the left.
