Changing the Call Barring Service Password

Your call barring password has been preset by your network operator and is given to you when you subscribe to this service. You might want to change it to one that is easier to remember.

The call barring service is only available if you specified this option when you took out your subscription with the network operator.

Call Diverting

You can divert incoming calls to another number.

The call diversion service is only available if you specified this option when you took out your subscription with the network operator.

1.Press MENU, 8, 1 to access the Activate sub-menu.

1.In Standby mode, press MENU to enter the menu system.

Result: The first menu appears.

2.Press 7, 4 to access the Call barring service change sub-menu.

Result: Please Wait appears, followed by Password?.

If the barring service is not available, New Password Refused appears.

3.Enter your new password.

4.Press /OK to confirm.

To deactivate specific diversion options, select 8, 2 in step 1 to

display the Deactivate Divert All sub-menu and follow the same procedure.
