Outbox status

When you are outside your service area or have no connection to the network or email server, your messages will remain in the Outbox until you re-establish a connection. The outbox status explains why a message is being held in the Outbox:

•Sending: the device is connecting and the message will be sent immediately

•Waiting: the message is in cue behind another message and will be sent as soon as possible

•Resend at (time): the message has failed to send and will be sent at the specified time. Press <Options> → Send to resend the message immediately.

•Deferred: the message has been scheduled to send at a later time
