Using the Exercise mate
Set an exercise goal and monitor your calories burned. On the S Health home screen, tap 
→Exercise mate.
Access the S Health menu 
screen.
How many calories you have 
burned
View the logs of your daily exercise.
View and manage accessory device connections.
Move to a specific date of exercise records.
How much time you have exercised
View exercise records on a graph.
Tap Go to workout to set an exercise goal such as distance, time, calories, or intensity, and then tap Start.
Tap 
to records the exercise you did. Select a sport, set a duration for the exercise period, and then tap Done.
