System Reset

System Reset is used to clear the handset's ID from the main base unit, or the base ID from the

handset.

Submenu option Description

Deregister HS Clear the handset ID from the base. Use this option, for example, when you change the

digital security code (see page E34).

Replacing Base Clear the base ID. Use this option, for example, if you wish to deregister the base to use

the handset with another base of the CLT-E series (see page E34).
