From the 91st day until 1 year from the date of purchase, Sears will furnish replacement parts for any defective parts, free of charge. You pay for labor.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR

I/2HP MOTOR: After 1 year and through 5 years, if the motor on this Garage Door Opener is defective, Sears will furnish a replacement motor, free of charge. You pay for labor.
