The WEIGHT LOSS programs and the INTERVAL programs automatically control the speed of the walking belt as they guide you through effective workouts. The WEIGHT LOSS programs focus on helping you to lose unwanted pounds; the INTERVAL programs ere designed to build stamina. The WEIGHT LOSS programs and the INTERVAL 1 program are
