The WEIGHT LOSS programs and the INTERVAL programs automatically control the speed of the walking belt as they guide you through effective workouts. The WEIGHT LOSS programs focus on helping you to lose unwanted pounds; the INTERVAL programs ere designed to build stamina. The WEIGHT LOSS programs and the INTERVAL 1 program are 20-minute programs; the INTERVAL 2 program is a 30-minute program. The graphs on the left side of the console show how the speed will change during each program. During the WEIGHT Loss I program, for example, the speed will gradually increase during the first 10 minutes, and then gradually decrease during the last 10 minutes. Each program begins with a 2-minutewarm-up period, and ends with a 2=minute cool-down period.

Follow the steps below to use one of these programs.
