If the temperature warning indic ator illuminates, and the proj ector enters standby mode, fo llow the

possible solutions above and th en wait until the projector has c ooled down completely b efore

plugging in the power cord and turn ing the power back on. (At least 10 minute s.)

If the power is turned off for a brief mo ment due to power outage or some othe r cause while using

the projector, and the power supply recove rs immediately after th at, the lamp indicator will il luminate

in red and the lamp may not be lit. In this ca se, unplug the power cord from th e AC outlet, replace

the power cord in the AC outlet and then turn th e power on again.

The cooling fan keeps the inter nal temperature of the proje ctor constant and this fu nction is

controlled automatically. The soun d of the cooling fan may chang e during operation beca use the fan

speed may change and this is not a ma lfunction.
