Locking Another Telephone to Prevent Unauthorized Use

If this function has been configured (contact System

Support), you can lock other telephones to prevent un-

authorized use, and later unlock them again.

You can use this function to unlock the telephone for us-

ers who have locked their telephones and then forgot-

ten their PINs.

CLift the handset.

FB=< Enter the code.

DEnter the internal number of the telephone that you

want to lock or unlock.

FEnter the code for "Changeover on".

or

GEnter the code for "Changeover off".

Using System Functions from the Outside(DISA: Direct Inward System Access)

If this function has been configured (contact System

Support), you can set up external outgoing calls from

outside the system, just like an internal us er. You can

also activate and deactivate the following functions in

your system:

• Reset services and functions,

• Lock and unlock all phones,
