Precondition: You have a telephone that uses tone di- aling (DTMF dialing) or you can switch your telephone to tone dialing. The telephone is not connected to the system.

DSet up a call to the system. Enter the station number (contact System Support).

DWait for a continuous tone (if necessary switch the tele- phone to tone dialing), then enter the internal number that has been assigned to you and the associated PIN.

GEnter the code (necessary only if programmed in the system).

DWait for a dial tone and then enter the code, such as

*97 for Do not disturb on. Make other inputs as necessary; (refer to the operating instructions for pulse and DTMF telephones).

or

DDial the external number.

You can only execute one function at a time, or set up only one outgoing connection.

The connection is immediately released after successful activation of a function.

In the case of an external-external call, the connection is released as soon as either of the parties ends the call.
