YYYY (number) Requested block sequence number starting with block 0.

ZZ (number) Segment number corresponding to the segment contained
in the data field
DD (number) Data type
MMMM bit map Upload segment configuration that is present only when
CC = 0. A value of 1 means that the segment is included
in the upload.
OOOO (number) Time-out value (in seconds) used when CC = 0.
