34E-mail

Your phone has its own e-mail client so you can write and send e-mails.

With XTNDConnect® PC you can synchronise your e-mail inbox/out- box with your Outlook®or

Lotus Notes®mailbox, see page 86.

Please first set the necessary profile and e-mail accounts so the connection can be set up to the e-mail server, see (p. 38).

You can store up to 50 e-mails on your pho- ne. The more data that is stored, the slower the e-mail client becomes. Please therefore keep the number of stored e-mails to a mini- mum.

So as to prevent any e-mails from going missing, you can use the synchronisation with your Outlook® or Lotus Notes® mail- box.

You can also set it up so that in addition to being downloaded onto the phone e-mails are also stored on the server, see Mail set- tings on (p. 39).
