Network connection

If you are outside your "home network" your phone automatically selects a different GSM network (page 78).
SIM services

Aircraft check
If you have deactivated the PIN check (see page 76), you must con- firm that you want to switch on the phone.
This is to prevent the phone from be- ing switched on inadvertently, for ex- ample while you are in an aircraft.
