Second, to make a call directly from a Contact record:

1.Press the Microsoft Contacts Button, find the contact and then tap twice – once to send to the dialer screen and once to call.

The pop up menu and button will by default display Call Work Tel. However, you can customize so that the mobile number or email is displayed instead:
