ξ E-mail messages in the Outbox folder on your device are transferred to Exchange or Outlook, and then sent from those programs.

ξ E-mail messages in folders must be selected in ActiveSync on your PC in order to be transferred.

6.3.2 Using the Message List

ξ Messages you receive are displayed in the message list. By default, the most recently received messages are displayed first in the list.

ξ When you receive a message, tap it to open it. Unread messages are displayed in bold.

When you connect to your e-mail server or synchronize with your PC, by default, you’ll receive messages from the last five days and only the first 100 lines of each new message. The original messages remain on the e-mail server or your PC.
