For each of the accounts you wish to optimize, you will need to include the port number for that protocol. Your message traffic will be forwarded and accelerated based on the settings you provide.

The default values for port fields are already provided based on the following industry standards: ξ POP3/IMAP4 port: 110

ξ SMTP port: 25

ξ NNTP port: 119

9.10.8 Maintaining Your GPRS Connection

The Office Online software is automatically configured to search for a GPRS connection each time you connect to the Internet. If you are having trouble establishing a connection, verify that the software is still configured to look for GPRS.

To verify your GPRS connection:

1.Tap Optimization Settings > Advanced > Connection tab.

2.Select the GPRS Connection check box.

3.Click OK in the upper-right corner to set your preference and save your changes.

9.10.9 Pocket Guide

The Pocket Guide feature within Wireless tools allows you to access your AT&T Wireless account information directly from your device, such as GSM™/GPRS network coverage, rate plan options, contact information, and customer service information, and much more.

To access Pocket Guide:

1.Tap Start > Pocket IE. The Pocket IE home page should display (if you do not see it, tap the Home icon in the system tray).

2.Tap AT&T Wireless to open the Pocket Guide screen.
