Specify a computer name. The name s et here is shown

be different from those of other computers.

Workgroup

Specify the workgroup that this print s erver belongs to.

Enter the default workgroup name or an existing

workgroup name. A new workgroup nam e that does not

exit in the network is not shown as W orkgroup.

Comment

Set the description of the print server. The inform ation

set here is shown as the description of the print server

in Windows Explorer.

This comm unity name is authenticated w hen an SNMP

set request is received.

Trap Community Specify the tr ap community of SNMP. This c ommunity

name is used when the print server send a trap. public

Trap Address(IP)

Specify the destination IP addres s of the SNMP trap.

The value is a four-part s eries of numbers s eparated by

decimal point s. Such as "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx". When t he

value is "0.0.0.0"(default), this item is disabled and a

trap will not be generated in any cas e.

SysContact Specify the SysContact of the MIB-2 object. The e-mail

address of the networ k administrator is used. none

SysName Specify the SysName of the MIB-2 object. The host

name or domain name of t he print server is us ed. none

SysLocation Specify the SysLocation of the MIB-2 object. T he

location of the print server is used. none

Enable Authen Trap

Select whether to allow or disallow the "Enable Authen

Trap" of the MIB-2 object. If a violation for the

community occurs "allow" is the setting, the SNMP trap

is sent to the IP address specified in "TRAP Address"
