Print using the Windows 2000 LPR port

- If you use a LPR port to print, you will need to add the LPR Port. Open the start - Settings -

Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs. Click the Add/Remove Windows Components. Windows components are displayed, select other Network file and Printing service - Detail -

UNIX printing service, and click the OK. Click finish. The LPR port software has been added.

1.Click Start - Settings - Control Panel

-Printers. Click the Add Printer icon. the Add Printer wizard will appear. Click Next.

2.Select Local printer in printer connection. Be sure to remove a check mark from the Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer.
