1.Check the following and retry.

-Can you use the card in another Canon MFP?

-Is the memory card supported in the Canon MFP?

-Is the memory card attached to the card slot in the Canon MFP?

-Did you finish the PRICOM C-6400W configuration?

-Is memory card locked?

-Does the memory card have space to write?

-If you need a password to open the folder, did you put in the correct password?

I cannot use the scanner
