Recording with the date/time
Beforeyoustartrecordingorduringrecording,pressDATEand/orTIME. Youcan recordthedateand/ortimedisplayedontheLCDscreenwiththepicture.PressDATE (or TIME), then press TIME (or DATE) to display the date and time together. Except for thedateand/ortimeindicator,noindicatorontheLCDscreenisrecorded.
TheclockissetatthefactorytoLondontimefortheUnitedKingdomandParistimefor theotherEuropeancountries. Youcanresettheclock.(p.25)

Werecommendyouturnoffthecamcordertopreventwearingdownthebattery while youdonotusethecamcorder.
