Choosing images to print

– Print (DPOF) mark

You can designate certain images to be printed.

This function is convenient when you want to print images at a shop or using a printer that conforms with the DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) standard or using PictBridge compliant printers.

You cannot mark movies.

When you mark images shot in Multi Burst mode, all the images are printed on one sheet divided into 16 panels.

You cannot set the number of print sheets.

On the single screen

aSet the mode dial to .

bDisplay the image you want to print with b/B.

cPress MENU.

The menu appears.

dSelect (DPOF) with b/B,

then press z.

The mark is indicated on this image.

eTo mark other images, display the image you want to mark with b/B, then press z.

To delete the mark

In Step 4or 5, press z again. The mark disappears.

On the Index screen

aSet the mode dial to and

press (index) to switch to the Index screen.

bPress MENU.

The menu appears.

cSelect (DPOF) with b/B, then press z.

dSelect [Select] with b/B, then press z.

You cannot mark using the [All In This Folder] option.

eSelect the images you want to mark with v/V/b/B, then press

z.

The green mark is indicated on the selected image.

fTo mark other images, repeat Step 5 for each of them.
