Press the MENU button t select the (DISPLAY SET) by turning the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial.

DEGREE

Select to display the shutter speed in degrees, where the shutter speed equivalent to the data reading cycle from the image sensor is displayed as 360°.

–When [PROG. SCAN] is set to [OFF], 1/50 is equal to 360°.

–When [PROG. SCAN] is set to [25], 1/25 is equal to 360°.

•Shutter speeds displayed when [DATA CODE] is set to [CAMERA DATA] are always displayed in seconds

zTip

•Shutter speed slower than 360°are displayed in multiples of 360°, such as 360° ⋅ 2.

LCD BRIGHT

You can adjust the LCD bright intensity using the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial. The brightness of recorded pictures is not affected.

zTip

• You can also turn off the LCD backlight (p. 26).

LCD COLOR

You can adjust the LCD color intensity using the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial. The color of recorded pictures is not affected.

LCD BL LEVELYou can adjust the brightness of the LCD screen’s backlight.

BNORMAL

Standard brightness.BRIGHTBrightens the LCD screen.

•When you connect your camcorder to outside power sources, [LCD BL LEVEL] is automatically set to [BRIGHT].
