Setting Up the TV

Satellite Receiver with a VCR and Cable

Disconnect all power sources before making any connections.

2 Using a coaxial cable, connect one of the splitter’s two output jacks to the TV’s CABLE jack.

3 Using a coaxial cable, connect the splitter’s other output jack to the VCR’s VHF/UHF IN jack.

4 Connect the satellite antenna cable to the satellite receiver’s SATELLITE IN jack.

5 Using A/V and S VIDEO cables, connect the satellite receiver’s AUDIO and S VIDEO OUT jacks to the VCR’s AUDIO and S VIDEO IN jacks.

6 Using A/V and S VIDEO cables, connect the VCR’s AUDIO and S VIDEO OUT jacks to the TV’s AUDIO and S VIDEO IN jacks.

If your VCR or satellite receiver is not equipped with S VIDEO, use a VIDEO cable (yellow) instead of the S VIDEO cable.
