Installing
❑The TV should be installed near an easily accessible power outlet.
❑To prevent internal heat buildup, do not block the ventilation slots.
❑Do not install the TV in a hot or humid place, or in a place subject to excessive dust or mechanical vibration.
❑Avoid operating the TV at temperature below 41°F (5°C).
❑If the TV is transported directly from a cold to a warm location, or if the room temperature changes suddenly, the picture may be blurred or show poor color. In this case, please wait a few hours to let the moisture evaporate before turning on the TV.
❑To obtain the best picture, do not expose the screen to direct illumination or direct sunlight. It is recommended to use spot lighting directed down from the ceiling or to cover the windows that face the screen with opaque drapery. It is desirable to install the TV in a room where the floor and walls are not of a reflective material.

This digital television is capable of receiving analog basic, digital basic and digital premium cable television programming by direct connection to a cable system providing such programming. A security card provided by your cable operator is required to view encrypted digital programming. Certain advanced and interactive digital cable services such as

This television also includes a QAM demodulator which should allow you to receive unscrambled digital cable television programming via subscription service to a cable service provider. Availability of digital cable television programming in your area depends on the type of programming and signal provided by your cable service provider.
