Inserting batteries into the cradle

You can use the cradle under rechargeable battery power (8 batteries necessary). Doing so allows to use the drive for extended periods of time without connecting it to a power outlet.

Compatible batteries (sold separately)

●Rechargeable batteries

AA nickel metal hydride (Ni-MH) batteries AA nickel cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries

Notes

•The cradle is not a battery charger. To recharge batteries, use a proper battery charger (sold separately).

•The cradle does not support any type of dry cell batteries.

1 Open the lid of the battery case on the bottom of the cradle.
