If an error message appears

If an error occurs when reading or writing to a “Memory Stick” and a message appears indicating that data may be lost, it means that the “Memory Stick” may be write-protected. In this case, slide the write-protect switch as illustrated above to remove the protection. No data is erased from the “Memory Stick” if this occurs.
