—LR6 (size AA) alkaline dry battery (not supplied)

It is preferable to use the recorder on house current when recording for a long time.

Charging the nickel cadmium rechargeable battery

Before using the supplied NC-WMAA nickel cadmium rechargeable battery for the first time, charge it in the recorder.

1 Connect the supplied AC power adaptor.
