6. Tighten the screw on the bottom of the computer.
To install a memory module
1. Follow steps 1 to 4 of “To remove a memory module.”
2. Remove the memory module from its packaging.
3. Install the memory module.
4. Tighten the screw on the bottom of the computer.
Your computer comes with a memory module installed in the memory slot. To upgrade
your memory you may need to remove this module from the slot before insta lling your
upgrade memory.
1 Slide the memory module into the slot. 2 Press the module into place until it clicks.
