	Removing a Memory Stick™
User	To remove a Memory Stick™, proceed as follows:
Desktop	1	Double-click the Unplug or Eject Hardware icon in the taskbar.
		The dialog box Unplug or Eject Hardware appears.
	2	Select the hardware you want to unplug.
VAIO	3	Click Stop.
	4	In the Stop a Hardware Device dialog box, confirm that the device can be safely removed from the
Sony		system.
	5	Click OK.
		You get the message that it is safe to remove the device.
	6	Click OK.
	7	Click Close.
	8	Push the card in to release it, then pull it out.
			￿Always remove the Memory Stick™ gently, or it may pop
			out unexpectedly.
			You are recommended to remove the Memory Stick™ before
			shutting down the computer.
