Displaying the Programmable Codes

SAT-A4: The SAT-A4 remote control can be programmed to control most brands of TVs, cable boxes, VCRs, and laserdisc players (LDP).

SAT-B3: The SAT-B3 remote control cannot be programmed to control cable boxes or laserdisc players.

You can also use the Setup Remote screen to display a list of codes you can use to program the remote control to operate other components, such as TVs and VCRs.

To display the list of programmable codes:

2 Select REMOTE CODES and then select the type of component you want to use with the remote.

3 Scroll through the list that appears to ﬁnd the remote codes for the manufacturer of your component. Press the button to return to the Set Up Remote screen.

4 To program the remote control, select INSTRUCTIONS and follow the on-screen instructions.

5 Select OK to return to the Setup Menu.
