TV With RF Connector Only

Your VHF/UHF IN jack may be labeled as RF IN.

Refer to the illustration below.

1 Connect the RG-6 cable from the Satellite Antenna’s LNB to the Digital Satellite Receiver’s SATELLITE IN jack.

2 Connect the Digital Satellite Receiver’s VHF(SAT)/UHF OUT jack to the TV’s VHF/UHF IN jack.

Note

A VHF/UHF connection does not provide stereo sound. To receive stereo sound, you must use an A/V connection (described on page 13).

3 Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the Digital Satellite Receiver’s TEL LINE jack. Connect the other end to your home’s modular telephone outlet. Do not connect to a “wireless” telephone extension. Since these devices typically do not support high data rates, connecting to one may result in very slow operation or may even prevent connection with your program provider.

4 Connect one end of the AC power cord to the Digital Satellite Receiver’s AC IN jack. Connect the plug end to an AC outlet.
