Fast-forward or rewind	During stop, press MFF or mREW.

View the picture during fast-	During fast-forward, hold MFF down. During rewind, hold mREW
forward or rewind	down.

Rewind and start play	During stop, hold m (rewind) down on the VCR and press H
	(playback) on the VCR then release both.
