5.4A combustible shelf must be a minimum of 400mm above the top of the appliance. This is based on a 150mm deep shelf. For every extra 13mm of depth add 25mm above the 400mm from the top of the appliance, not the frame.
5.5A side wall must be a minimum of 300mm from the side of the appliance, not the frame.
