6.TROUBLESHOOTING

Check if engine speed is normal.

50Hz : 3,000rpm

60Hz : 3,600rpm

Refer to

"Engine dose not start (Start failure )"

Check if brush is weared.

Check if the total length of brush is 5mm or over.

Check if stator coil is normal.

Main coil

Exciter coil

Check if rotor coil is normal.

Check if AVR is normal.

Check if wiring is break or improper connection.

Check and replace brush.

Replace

Replace when wiring is break or damage. Connect properly.
