Recipes
Wash all fruit and vegetables well before juicing. Only remove the skin from the fruit and vegetables when advised to do so. Cut fruit and vegetables to a size that will fit easily into the chute of the slow juicer. Try to avoid cutting fruit and vegetables too far in advance of the actual juicing time as this will reduce the nutrient levels.
