Applications: Preferences
To enter your server phone number:
1. Tap the Phone field to open the Phone Setup screen.
2. Enter the phone number you use to reach your ISP or dial-in server.
Entering a Prefix
A prefix is a number that you dial before the telephone number to access an o utside line.
For example, many offices require that you dial “9” to dial a number outside the bui lding.
To enter a prefix:
1. Select the Dial Prefix check box to activate this feature.
2. Enter the prefix you need on the Prefix line.
3. Tap OK to confirm your selection and return to the Network Preferences screen.
