4.2 Supplementary Telephony Services
Supported telephony services
Depending on your provider’s configuration, the following services will be available.

Call Hold | Allows you to put a call on hold, to dial another number, and |
| to switch between the active and held call whenever you |
| want, or to terminate the active or held call. |

|
Call Waiting | Allows you to answer or reject an incoming call while you |
| are in a conversation. |
|
|
Call Transfer | Allows you to transfer a call to another person. |
|
|
Conference Call | Allows you to make a conference call. |

Calling Line | Allows you to see the phone number of the person who is |
Identification | calling you on your phone display. |
Presentation | If you cannot take the call, the phone number is stored on |
(CLIP) | the SpeedTouch™ Web pages, guaranteeing you do not |
| miss important calls. |
| CLIP will only work if CLIR is deactivated on the calling |
| phone. |

|
Calling Line | Restricts the transmission of your phone number when you |
Identification | make a call, in order to protect your confidentiality. Your |
Restriction (CLIR) | phone number will not appear on the screen of your partner. |
| When this service is activated, your phone number will |
| never be transmitted. |

Forced FXO | Allows you to force the SpeedTouch™ to make the phone |
| call over the PSTN, that is the regular telephone line. |
