REPACKING FOR SHIPMENT
1.Tag the equipment showing owner’s name, address, and telephone number, together with a detailed description of the problem.
2.Use the original shipping container if possible. If you do not have it, package the equipment to prevent shipping damage. In- clude the RMA inside the container and legibly print the RMA number on the inside and outside of the package (outside near the address label).
3.Insure the package.
