5.5.1 Filter Consideration for Speaker Output

For a practical application such as a portable audio player or cellular phone, a ferrite chip bead will be a suitable low-pass filter to the speaker output; see Figure 5-16. Figure 5-17describes recommended connections for headphone output and insertion detection.
