Networkproblems
Legacy HDMP sources.
Some legacy HDMI_ sources may not workproperly with thelatest
HDMP' TVproducts due to new standard adoption.
Networkproblems
Cannot connect to the Internet.
Check the modem andits incoming cable/telephone connections,
see "Connecting to a home network" onpage 35.
Confirm your modem's operation.
Ensure your IPaddress is set up correctly.
No network connection.
Ifusing awired network connection, check toensure that the LAN
cables areconnected properly, see "Connecting theTV toa home
network withan Internet connection - wired" onpage 37.
Ensure that themodem and router power cords areplugged in and
the devices are operating properly.
Ensure that your IP address is setup correctly, see "IP Address
Setup" on page 111.
Check toensure proper operation of other network connected
devices.
Network Setup fails (Auto).
Check to ensure thatthe LAN cables are connected properly, see
"Connecting the TV to a home network with anInternet connection
-wired" on page 37.
DHCP is not enabled on the router, or no router ispresent. Refer to
your router's docmnentation for instructions on enabling DHCP. If
your router does not support DHCP, youmust manually set up the IP
address.
Internet service is not available. Check your cable/DSL modem or
contact your ISPfor Internet service issues.
Network Setup fails (Manual).
Ensure that the TV IPaddress isnot the same asany other device on
the network.
*:* Example: IP address 192.168.0.100 and IP address
192.168.0.101
are different addresses on the same network.
Make sure the TV IP address ison the samesubnet as the networked
computer.
