Installing the cover assembly
To install the cover assembly, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-11 to 4-13.
1. Set the cover assembly to the base assembly while engaging the latches.
NOTE: When replacing the cover assembly with a new one, stick the CU LAMI PALM
INSULATOR to the cover assembly in place (In the case of External VGA model
and SPURS model).

2. Connect the touch sensor FFC, SW board FFC, TB board FFC, LED board FFC
and TP board harness to the connectors CN9650, CN3390, CN9570, CN3240,
CN3242 and CN3241 on the system board.
3. Secure the cover assembly with the following screws.
M2.510B FLAT HEAD screw 3
4. Close the display and turn over the computer.
5. Connect the TV tuner antenna cable and speaker harness to the connectors on the
TV tuner and CN6150 on the system board.
6. Secure the cover assembly with the following screws.
M2.56B FLAT HEAD screw 12 (Described as “6” in the Figure 4-11)
M2.510B FLAT HEAD screw 6 (Described as “10” in the Figure 4-11)
