Numeric/Symbol mode

When using Numeric/Symbol mode, you can enter characters that are displayed on the top part of keys on the keypad.

To enter a character that is displayed on the bottom part of a key without having to change the input mode, hold down the Caps Shift key while pressing the key for the required character. For example, to enter C when in Numeric/Symbol mode, hold down the Caps Shift key and press the 8/C key.

Deleting characters

To delete a single character, press the Back/ Clear key briefly.

To delete all characters in a field, press and hold the Back/Clear key.
